Vocal Alchemy with Tiffany invites you to explore the relationship between sound, sensation and awareness through a quiet, embodied lens.

What this masterclass offers

This is an intimate, experiential workshop that gently guides you into the meeting point between vibration and the felt sense. Tiffany shares her personal practice of working with endometriosis and the alchemy bowls, bringing a rare depth of understanding to how sound interacts with physical sensation and emotional discomfort.

You will explore
• how tone moves through the body and especially the womb space
• how voice can weave with a bowl’s fundamental note to create harmonics
• how intention shapes the circuit of awareness that forms between bowl, voice and body
• how resonance can soften tension, shift emotional states and open deeper inner space
• how sound reveals where the body holds memory, and how presence can transform it

Tiffany will guide you through gentle movement, breath awareness and simple vocal shaping to help you listen to what arises within. Tiffany will also share a full vocal lullaby. Following this, you will be guided to intuit your own lullaby intended to become a personal meditation and creative practice of your own. 

This is not a technique-heavy class. It is a space of deep listening where discomfort becomes dialogue, and where the body is met with curiosity and kindness.
